M7594-273284 NPP Soft Body Armour
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police requires soft body armour, including flat and shaped panels and internal and external carriers. Only Canadian suppliers may participate, and the Canada Free Trade Agreement and Buy Canada Policy apply. The procurement has two phases: an expression of interest requiring a Submission of Interest form, a signed non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement, and demonstration of eligibility, followed by a solicitation containing the detailed requirements.
