Work includes full removal of existing wood flooring in both gymnasiums. After removal of existing wood flooring and prior to new wood flooring the existing concrete slab shall be prepped and vapor barrier to be installed. New maple hardwood flooring to be installed. New court markings in accordance with ncaa standards is to be painted on new hardwood floor. John jay college's logo to be painted at center court. Remove and replace wall protection padding. Existing aluminum cladding at balcony soffit is to be removed and replaced with new aluminum cladding. Selective door & frame replacement throughout the gymnasium. Doors are to be primed & painted where replacements are not taking place. Remove and replace bleachers with new telescoping bleachers with power. Provide new receptacles & outlets in floor box in main gymnasium.
