Description: Work encompasses all building elevations including inner courtyards, the annex, the tennis court enclosure, and the roof levels. Terra cotta crack, spall, and glaze repair, terra cotta unit replacement at gables, window lintels, the water table, and torch coping stones, terra cotta resetting, brick masonry replacement, and repointing of brick, stone, terra cotta, and glass block. Additionally, the scope includes stone and concrete crack and spall repair, eifs patch repair, stucco reinstallation, sealant joint replacement at stone steps, cast stone, eifs, and granite panels, and window glass replacement. Miscellaneous metal work consists of surface preparation and coating of exposed steel lintels, spandrel beams, window bars, and railings, together with railing re-attachment, roof railing replacement, and handrail extensions.
