Description: The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York is soliciting construction bids for the City University of New York’s John Jay College Haaren Hall Facade Restoration & Asbestos Abatement project at 899 10th Avenue, New York. The work comprises building-envelope restoration across Haaren Hall’s elevations, inner courtyards, annex, tennis court enclosure, and roof levels, including repairs and replacements involving terra cotta, brick masonry, stone, concrete, EIFS, stucco, sealant, window glass, metal, railings, drains, and exit signs. Asbestos abatement is limited to removing and disposing of asbestos-containing glazing compound at five window openings, and proposals are due 10/08/2026 at 2:00 PM.
