NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: Formulatrix, LLC. for MANTIS V4 Liquid Dispenser
The USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), on behalf of the USDA Agriculture Research Service, intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole-source basis to Formulatrix, LLC for one MANTIS V4 liquid dispenser with integrated RFID, software, consumables, accessories, and training. The agency states that Formulatrix is the only reasonably available source because the MANTIS combines disposable microfluidic cassettes, exceptionally low dead volume, and a broad dispensing range for precise low-volume liquid dispensing.
