Description: The University of Colorado Boulder and the LEEDS School of Business are requesting qualifications for renovation of three suites totaling approximately 2,500 square feet. Suite 1 would be slightly enlarged through demolition and relocation of a fire-rated demising wall, with updates to paint, wall base, flooring, door and sidelight, ceiling grid, fire sprinklers, lighting, and mechanical controls. Suites 2 and 3 would receive finish and door updates, demolition of cubicles and attached data/electrical, new private offices, and lighting and mechanical upgrades to current code and campus standards.
