CSU CW Elevator Modifications – Phase 1 RFP

Description: Cleveland State University seeks Design-Build services to modernize four elevators: two traction passenger elevators in the Music Building, one service elevator (#5) in Berkman Hall, and one service elevator in the Physical Education Building. The selected firm will investigate existing conditions, secure permits and approvals, and provide the labor, materials, equipment, and supervision needed to complete the work, with phasing planned to limit disruption while campus buildings remain in use. The work is intended to improve elevator safety, reliability, performance, and functionality, and includes 12 months of warranty maintenance after completion.
