Construction of new building (piles, concrete foundation slab, concrete walls to above existing grade, concrete masonry unit (CMU) walls above concrete walls with brick veneer and rubber roofing) and concrete chemical fill containment pad. Installation of sodium bisulfite (for dechlorination) or sodium hypochlorite (for chlorination) fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) tanks. Installation of chemical transfer pumps and metering pumps. Installation of chemical piping from the chemical storage area to building exterior. Plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and remote process monitoring camera systems.
