CRA Executive Director and Economic Dev. Services (Request for Proposal)

Description: Qualified firms/companies to provide executive director services, inclusive of economic development services, in connection with the implementation of the CRA’s Redevelopment Plan. The selected Proposer shall serve as the CRA Executive Director and provide Economic Development Services and will be responsible for planning and organizing the implementation of projects, grant coordinating, administering community redevelopment activities, current and long-range planning, real estate, and lands acquisition activities as well as development of planning and economic programs, and implementation of strategies to promote and support growth, expansion, and retention of business while eliminating slum and blight within the redevelopment area.
