The proposed building will utilize a pre-engineered metal building structure totaling approx. 8,700 SF. Interior spaces will be sub-divided into apparatus bays, accessory office, restroom with an equipment mezzanine. Exterior finishes will consist of pre-finished metal wall panels, and pre-finished standing seam metal roof panels. All required site, framing, finishing, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work shall be included under this contract.
