CPK2501: Gannoway Lake Trails

Description: The City of Sugar Land is soliciting sealed bids for the design and construction of new trails connecting Gannoway Lake with Cullinan Park and improving bicycle, pedestrian, and recreational infrastructure. Although the project is funded through the STBG Grant Program, this is an Invitation For Bid for construction services, not a grant solicitation; TxDOT will oversee administration of the federally sourced funds. Bids are due September 10, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time.
