The use of overlay fabric is requested. A 2.5” intermediate course layer of asphalt to be topped by 1.5” virgin mix asphalt surface.

Scope of work: Measurements: 157'x110'. Resurfacing — All five (5) courts: mill, shim, and overlay existing court surfaces; remove all loose and broken asphalt; cover existing cracks with Petro-Tac self-adhesive membrane prior to shim course; finish layer to be 1.5" minimum thickness Type 7 new asphalt; smooth, even finish free of low spots, ponding areas, or drainage issues. Painting & Lining — Tennis Courts (2): apply sport court surface coating in colors to be selected by the Town prior to work beginning; paint all tennis court lines in white per USTA standard layout, including baselines, sidelines, service boxes, and center marks; use durable, UV-resistant sport court paint suitable for outdoor use in an upstate New York climate. Painting & Lining — Pickleball Courts (3): apply sport court surface coating in colors to be selected by the Town prior to work beginning; paint all pickleball court lines per USA Pickleball standard layout, including baselines, sidelines, non-volley zone (kitchen) lines, centerlines, and service areas; use durable, UV-resistant sport court paint suitable for outdoor use in an upstate New York climate. Site Restoration: remove all debris, equipment, and materials upon project completion; restore any disturbed surrounding areas to original condition.
