Cowan Lake State Park Gutter Installation on Eight (8) Buildings (Request for Quote)

Description: Work includes gutter installation on eight (8) buildings. Remove and dispose of all existing gutters and downspouts. Install new gutters on two sides of the building (approx. 44 ft; contractor to verify). Install four downspouts total, one at each corner. Ensure all downspouts are angled to divert water away from the building foundation. Inspect areas where gutters were torn off due to campers scraping the building. Install new facia trim. Replace existing gutter in brown color, to be approved by park manager prior to installation, on front of building with down spout.
