Counter Sigman Training Course RFP

Description: The contractor shall perform the following specific tasks to support 2d recon bn signature management requirements: Training Delivery, Schedule, and Structure. The Contractor shall deliver four (4) distinct training classes structured as eight (8) hour training days (totaling 24 hours of instruction), executed entirely on-site at 2d Recon Bn facilities over a three (3) day period. The Contractor shall provide expert instruction detailing how peer adversaries utilize multi-spectral sensors to detect, track, and target military forces. SMEs shall teach Marines how to observe, evaluate, and theoretically audit patrol teams' capabilities to mitigate signature vulnerabilities across the following five (5) distinct spectrums: Audio Signature: Auditing and managing sound emissions, including tactical movement noise, voice ranges, equipment rattling, and overall acoustic footprints.
