The existing boiler and cooling tower systems will be fully demolished, and a new water sourced heat pump (WSHP) geothermal system will be installed with the installation of a new geothermal well field. Electrical work will include new lighting throughout the building. The project scope also includes ceiling replacement throughout the facility and small patching of flooring. Restoration of the site areas and patching of exterior site pavements where geothermal well fields and lateral lines are installed will also be required.
