The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to demolish and remove the existing playground and site features, implement and maintain erosion and sediment controls, obtain required permits, and complete all necessary site preparation, grading, and drainage/utility work for the proposed improvements. New construction includes a bituminous concrete half-court basketball court, a new splash pad with associated equipment and utilities, and new playground equipment (including swings) with required PIP safety surfacing.
