Description: The County of St. Paul is seeking a consultant to help four participating municipalities develop or refresh their Council-approved strategic plans. Each municipality will adopt its own plan to guide priorities, resources and implementation during the current Council term. The coordinated engagement is intended to make facilitation more consistent and efficient, not to produce a regional strategic plan or imply amalgamation.
