One-for-one replacement of an existing roof-mounted cooling tower and replacement of the associated screen wall system. Repairs to the existing roof top mechanical penthouse including man door replacement, removal of existing wall louver, and structural repairs are also included. Additionally, the replacement of an existing IT room air conditioning split system is to be provided. See paragraph GI-1.04 for additional description.

Required deliverables include as-built drawings, O&M manuals and a one-year warranty, and Amendment 0001 extended the bid deadline to November 9, 2026.
