Controls Upgrades Campbell Juvenile Detention Center RFP

Description: Replace the existing building hydraulic HVAC controls system with a new digital controls system. This project includes the removal of the existing system and the installation and startup of a new DDC controls system. System programming and startup are included as part of the project. The new system shall interface with the existing building equipment.
