INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT TECHNICAL ADVISOR BUDGET AND FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY - PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACTOR
The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Technical Assistance (OTA) is recruiting individual personal services contractors to serve as technical advisors for its Budget and Financial Accountability (BFA) program. These advisors will be deployed globally to assist counterpart governments—particularly Ministries of Finance in developing and transitional countries—in strengthening their public financial management systems, with focus areas including budget formulation and execution, accounting, reporting, and treasury management.
