Description: Oregon Health & Science University seeks a jointly proposed architectural/engineering and construction manager/general contractor team to plan, design, engineer, estimate, construct, commission, and close out a new BSL-3/ABSL-3 facility on the seventh floor of Richard Jones Hall, including a rooftop mechanical penthouse and related infrastructure. The project is approximately 5,162 square feet of research and research-support space, and the existing sixth-floor BSL-3 facility is to remain operational during construction and commissioning. OHSU seeks one coordinated team with high-containment laboratory and NIH-funded construction experience using a CM-at-Risk/CMGC delivery approach, with one joint proposal and separate agreements for the AE and CMGC.
