Description: The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of preliminary design and assessment of sewer alignments, hydraulic modeling, environmental permitting, capacity analysis, cost estimation and budgeting, project management and stakeholder coordination, construction oversight and quality assurance, and post-construction evaluation. Additionally, the CONSULTANT will address specific design elements such as upsizing gravity mains, evaluating rehabilitation methodologies, and ensuring compliance with city standards and environmental regulations.
