Consultant Program Services

Description: The Government Authority in Martinsville, Virginia (an independent city) is seeking a vendor to provide Consultant Program Services, which includes GIS and GIS-Centric Platform Support Services such as GIS mapping, cartographic services, GIS database development and maintenance, integration with asset management systems, and web-based/mobile GIS application development. Other consultant services in scope include grant writing and funding assistance, professional surveying, economic development advisory, and architectural services such as facility condition assessments and construction engineering/inspections. Proposals are submitted digitally via email or online, with work performed onsite in the United States only.
