Description: New York State Department of Transportation is soliciting bids for multiple highway construction projects, including pavement maintenance, guide rail replacement, emergency highway repairs, culvert replacement, pavement resurfacing, graffiti removal, tree trimming, and curve-warning-sign upgrades across various New York counties.
