County of Santa Cruz

The County of Santa Cruz seeks a qualified consulting firm to provide civil engineering and environmental services for the Rancho Rio Avenue Bridge Replacement Project. The scope includes replacing the existing one-lane bridge with a two-lane clear span concrete slab bridge and approaches, potential right-of-way acquisition, traffic detours, utility relocations, and preparing PS&E and permits targeted for completion by Summer 2029.

City of Palm Springs

Work consists of widening the bridge from a 4-lane arterial to a 6-lane arterial, with three lanes in each direction. The project includes seismic retrofitting, installation of new bridge barriers, bridge supports within the channel, and the addition of a 5-foot sidewalk on the north side and a 10-foot-wide multipurpose trail with a physical barrier for bicyclists on the south side. Includes comprehensive construction management services for the Ramon road bridge at whitewater river project. This includes developing project staging and traffic control plans, implementing a quality assurance program (including materials testing and inspection), reviewing construction surveying, ensuring environmental compliance, and conducting public outreach.
