Construction of Outdoor Pickleball Court Facilities At Two Municipal Locations RFP

Description: Generally of furnishing all labor, supervision, engineering, materials, equipment, transportation, testing, permits, temporary facilities, and incidentals necessary to construct: (1) one two-court battery at Lewiston Fire Co. #2, 1705 Saunders Settlement Road; and (2) one two-court battery at Pletcher Road Municipal Park. The contemplated complete work includes site preparation, drainage, post-tensioned concrete court slabs, acrylic surfacing and striping, fencing, windscreens, permanent pickleball net systems, court divider systems, ADA-accessible routes and seating, signage, final grading and restoration.
