Construction Manager At-Risk Plumbing Infrastructure Enhanced Maintenance Project (Request for Proposals)

Description: Provide construction manager at-risk plumbing infrastructure enhanced maintenance project; preconstruction/design-assist services including a funded subsurface field investigation program which includes replacement and rehabilitation of the stadium's water, sewer, and gas distribution systems beneath the stadium concourse, implementing the replacement program the venue remains in continuous event use throughout construction, and the stadium's domestic plumbing and fire protection service share a single combined system that must remain in service. The base bid and each alternate are defined by a separate 100% construction document set, identified in paragraph 5 below: directly relevant wet-utility experience; open-cut main replacement and trenchless sewer rehabilitation.
