Description: CMAR Services for BMR Building Project at Middlefield Development Agency is requesting proposals from licensed general contracting firms to provide construction management and general contracting services for the Project discussed in Exhibit B & B-2. Interested firms are invited to submit their proposal for the Project outlined in this solicitation. The Agency is looking for an experienced construction manager at risk who will collaborate with the Agency and the project's architect to find the most economically viable development option which also offers a balance of esthetics, quality, and cost efficiency.
