Description: Provide services for construction management services: scope management and understanding of contract documents; change management - coordinate with contractor, engineering design team, and trwd for evaluation and agreement on proposed changes during construction. Administer change orders and field orders; coordinate with contractor and owner on upcoming work especially in how it will affect the operation of the owner s system; coordinate with testing companies who contract with owner; maintenance of master program schedule construction progress tracking for all awarded packages under each program.
