Construction Management as Constructor Services (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Project is to remodel the law enforcement center of approximately 60,000 SF includes select demolition within the existing jail housing areas, upgrading of plumbing and electric systems, roof replacement, and, constructing administrative offices, multipurpose rooms, and secure spaces for the various functions of the sheriff, police, and emergency management departments.
