Construction Management as Advisor Services Camarillo City Hall Renovation — Design Phase, Bid Phase, and Construction Phase

Description: The City of Camarillo (“City”) invites qualified construction management firms to submit proposals to provide construction management as advisor services, including design phase and preconstruction services, bid phase services, construction phase management and onsite representation, and closeout and warranty services, for the Camarillo City Hall Renovation project, as defined in this Request for Proposals. This solicitation is issued concurrently with the City’s Request for Proposals for Architectural and Engineering Design Services for the same project. The two solicitations share a common schedule and are intended to result in two separate agreements with two separate firms whose scopes are complementary. A firm may not propose on both solicitations, and a firm proposing under this solicitation may not be a subconsultant to a firm proposing under the design services solicitation.
