Construction - 3100 E. 5th Street - Phases 1A and 2 - 1st and 2nd Floor (RFP)

Description: Construct the following tenant improvements and exterior improvements: Phase 1A – “Community Room and Board Room Suite” – approximately 9200 SF. Phase 2 – “1st Floor and 2nd Floor Zones” – approximately 46,000 SF. Audio/Visual system for Board Room, Under Phase 1A (as an allowance). Phase 0 – Covered Walkway Structure and Parking Lot Reconfiguration (as an allowance). The work also includes miscellaneous building and site improvements, plus an optional 9200 SF of interior office space construction on the 2nd floors.
