Construct Pad & Sit-Up Bars at North Gate Track - Request for Quotation (RFQ)

Description: Provide complete DESIGN-BUILD construction of a new outdoor fitness pad. Construct Fitness Pad (150’ x 50’): Contractor shall construct one continuous fitness pad with dimensions of 150 FT in height (parallel to existing track, east side) and 50 FT in width. The track will consist of two sections. The northern section will be 60 FT in length for sit-up gathering, and the southern section will be 90 FT in length as running track. The surface shall be sloped at <=1.0% for lateral stormwater drainage. Concrete curb required on the new 3 edges. Curb must sit flush with new pad and existing concrete curb that lines the existing track.
