Reconstruct the interchange at the southbound exit/entrance ramps, replacing the existing stop control with a non-circulating roundabout. Reconfigure the signalized intersection by constructing a second left-turn lane on the eastbound movement, installing a second receiving lane on the north leg, and removing/replacing span wire signal equipment with new poles and mast arms. Project includes pedestrian modifications, medians, guardrail, curb and gutter, turn lanes, storm drainage infrastructure, and 1,600 hours of On-the-Job training.
