Construct a New Fence At the DOT Maintenance Complex (Request for Proposal)
The project scope includes the installation of approx 1,500 LF of eight-foot fencing along Chicago Ave including (2) twenty-foot motorized gate systems for the employee and truck entrance. The new fence will be installed in the same location as the existing fence in front of the DOT Maintenance Complex. Douglas County will be responsible for all demolition of the existing fence, trees and debris. The County will also be responsible for installing power, access control, and Knox Box for both gates.
