Conference Space and Catering Services

Description: The Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF) issued this Request for Response (RFR) (Bid #BD-26-1034-0009-DSS09-124397, Alternate ID: DCF MEETINGS26) to enter into contracts with multiple qualified vendors that can provide conference space and catering services for DCF events and meetings across the Commonwealth. This is a statewide master-style solicitation under which DCF will draw on approved vendors to host trainings, meetings, conferences, and other agency gatherings at suitable venues with food and beverage service. The opportunity is open to vendors able to supply the venues, meeting rooms, and catering services described in the RFR and its attachments (cover sheet, response sheet, evaluation form, business reference form, and SDP plan), and it remains active on COMMBUYS.
