CONF: BCA 2027 & 2028 Financial Crimes Conference

Description: PURPOSE: The purpose of this Solicitation is to establish a Contract for a conference as detailed in Exhibit C, including Exhibit C, Supplement 1, of the Sample Contract. The number of attendees is an estimate only. The State does not guarantee a minimum number of lodging rooms or meals. The contract prices shall not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate. The conference name is Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) 2027 and 2028 Financial Crimes Task Force Criminal Investigation Conference. The conference dates proposed are 2027: April 7-9, 2027, and 2028: April 26-28, 2028. The conference facility(ies) must be located within 35 miles of the Post Office located at 422 Laurel Street, Brainerd, MN 56401.
