Compost Facility Waste Hauling - 2026 RFP

Description: The City of Cheyenne is soliciting sealed bids for hauling materials between its Compost Facility and Landfill under Project E-1-27. The contractor will transport up to 18,500 cubic yards of compost materials to the Landfill and up to 2,000 cubic yards of clean soil back to the Compost Facility, while Landfill staff perform all loading operations. Bids are due September 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time, and the procurement is open as of August 19, 2026.
