Compactor Replacement at Wesley T. Hansen Apartments RFP

Description: Compactor replacement at the apartments. The work shall minimally include: a. Replace the existing bag style trash compactor with a new bag style trash compactor of the same size b. Work includes: i. Plumbing connections to compactor; ii. Transition chute connection to compactor; iii. Existing sprinkler system connection to compactor; iv. Existing electrical connection to compactor; v. Unit controls and connection to compactor; vi. New ozone generator connection to compactor system; vii. New 5' roll off conveyor for bags; viii. Other miscellaneous and incidental work required to complete the project.
