Federal Revenue Enhancement and Claiming Systems Support Services - (Request for Proposal)
Provide federal revenue enhancement services. These services support the Department's claiming of federal financial participation (FFP) under Titles IV-B and IV-E of the Social Security Act, the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program, and the John H. Chafee Foster Care Program for Successful Transition to Adulthood (Chafee). The Department's purpose in this procurement is to obtain the maximum federal revenue lawfully available to support Illinois child welfare services, claimed accurately, claimed on time, and fully defensible under federal and State audit review. The contract resulting from this procurement will have an initial term of ten (10) years.
