Seeks a venue in Chicago to hold the Illinois Conference on Volunteerism & Administration on the dates of October 8 & 9, 2026. On October 8th, access to the venue would be required beginning at 12PM and need through 4PM on October 9th. The conference will take place on October 9th from 9AM - 3:30PM. The venue must have a meeting room with a capacity of 200 people for presentation style meeting, round tables, chairs, a screen projector, podium, and audio (2 microphones), plus power supply for up to 3 laptops. We would like 4 rectangular tables available at the event entrance for registration and vendors. On October 9th only, we will also require 4 additional breakout rooms to accommodate up to 50 people each. Each breakout room should include a table for presentation, chairs for attendees, a screen projector, audio (1 microphone), power supply for 1 laptop. The venue must offer a buffet style lunch including 2 entrees, 2 sides, 1 dessert, bread option and tea/lemonade/water/soda. We also require a vegan and vegetarian option. We will accept comparable lunch options. We would like coffee and water available throughout the event.
