Community Services Division- Regional Infectious Services for Enhancement Reque

Description: DMHAS is seeking qualified organizations to establish and operate at least one and no more than two Regional Infectious Services Enhancement (RISE) Hubs in each of Connecticut’s five service regions. The hubs will strengthen regional access to infectious disease prevention, education, screening, testing, linkage to care, care coordination, workforce development, and regional collaboration. The work is intended to improve services within Connecticut’s behavioral health system.
