Description: Main Street Facade: Window replacement: Replace twelve street-facing first floor windows -- with twelve (12) windows consistent with or equal to markups provided. Replace eleven (11) street-facing second floor windows consistent with provided suggestions. Replace two (2) south side windows consistent with or equal to markups provided. Door replacement: Replace two street-facing doors- consistent with or equal to markups provided. Brick repair and repointing: Repair any damaged brick and repoint to original appearance.
