Commodore John Rodgers - GMP 2 (ITB)

Work included demolition of the existing school, site work, retaining walls and building concrete (mep systems were also included in gmp-1). Gmp-2 work consists of construction of a new 119,000 SF elementary and middle school comprised of steel framed superstructure, metal deck, cfmf exterior walls with brick veneer, metal panels and curtainwall. Other building features are new aluminum storefront, tpo roofing system and interior finishes.
