Commercial Landfill Services Contract (Request for Proposal)
The Contractor will accept, handle, and dispose of or recycle all waste in conformance with Federal, State, and local governmental regulations. The Contractor will provide safe access to its facility during the winter months and throughout the year. The Contractor assumes all responsibility allowed by law for the proper management of waste from the point at which the Contractor accepts it. If transportation is required, the Contractor will be solely responsible for transporting all waste to the appropriate destination in a manner consistent with Federal, State, and local statutes and regulations.
