Description: Tow-behind turf vacuum sweeper. Harper TV60 RE or Approved Equal: Provide one (1) new, current-production, commercial-duty tow-behind turf vacuum sweeper, Harper TV60 RE or approved equal. Equipment shall be designed for high-volume collection of leaves, grass clippings, thatch, litter, and similar surface debris from parks, athletic fields, golf courses, institutional grounds, and other large turf areas.
