Commercial Real Estate Purchase or Lease (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Provide commercial real estate broker/realtor services to assist with identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing a commercial property for the owner’s organization through either purchase or lease. Current space needs include: Located within a 10-mile radius of the Renton/Tukwila area (South King County); approx 10,000 - 13,000 sf in size; occupancy for 40-45 employees; parking for employees, visitors, handicap, and fleet spaces for 15 vehicles/trailers; property type of office and warehouse space combined; and a lease term of 10-years minimum.
