Collegiate Athletics Compliance and Recruiting Software Solution
State University of New York (SUNY), through SUNY Old Westbury, is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive NCAA Division III athletics compliance and recruiting software solution. The anticipated SaaS solution would provide software licensing, recruiting management, communications, NCAA compliance support, recruiting-event management, prospect evaluation, and reporting and analytics to centralize student-athlete information and improve recruiting efficiency. This is an open general procurement—not a grant—with proposals due electronically to procurement@oldwestbury.edu by September 15, 2026, and an anticipated contract start date of December 1, 2026.
