Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District has issued a Combined Sources Sought and Project Labor Agreement (PLA) Market Survey (Notice ID W912QR-26-CTB) for the design and construction of a new four-story, 400-person open-bay Collective Training Enlisted Barracks of approximately 65,000 square feet at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL), New Jersey. The estimated construction cost is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000, with an estimated duration of 1,460 calendar days.
