CO NP ROMO 407(1) Holzwarth Culvert
The Federal Highway Administration, on behalf of the National Park Service, is soliciting full-and-open bids to replace the deficient Holzwarth Culvert in Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado. The work includes removing the existing culvert; constructing a 10-foot by 48-foot modular steel bridge with concrete abutments and micropile foundations; performing stream diversion, erosion control, roadway grading, aggregate surfacing, and related access and historic head-gate work. Sealed paper bids are due October 20, 2026, and the firm-fixed-price project requires a 20 percent bid guarantee.
